丝网印刷制减反射膜

摘要 丝网印刷有机钛浆制减反射膜,较喷涂制减反射膜具有减反射膜较均匀,接触电阻较低,适用于光照烧结,减少了由于喷涂时的冲击力而造成的碎片,因而成品率可以提高5%以上。通过实验,先印刷银浆,再刷有机钛浆制减反射膜,所制太阳电池片的平均转换效率可达14%以上。丝网印刷钛浆制减反射膜,制作方法也较简单,操作也较容易,可用于大规模生产。 Comparing with the way of making anti-reflection film using spray finishing, The rate of finished product can be heightened over 5% by the way of screen-sprinting .The inversion efficiency of solar cells can be got 14% by this way.
