High Specific Surface of Ce_(0.7)Zr_(0.3)O_2 Solid Solution Nanostructure by Templated Assemble

摘要 介绍了模板剂结构诱导下均相沉淀法组装纳米结构Ce0.7Zr0.3O2工艺方法,CTAB为0.02mol,Ce(NO3)36H2O和Zr(NO3)45H2O总量为0.01mol(Ce∶Zr为7∶3),(NH2)2CO为0.44mol反应108h可获得肩峰较宽、较纯的铈锆固溶体晶体相,颗粒粒径在10~20nm、孔径在2~4nm、比表面积达178.57m2·g-1。高温焙烧及N2吸附分析表明,样品具有良好热稳定性及吸附催化活性。 The nanostructure Ce_(0.7)Zr_(0.3)O_2 surfactant mesophases templated by template agent assemblies were synthesized by homogeneous precipitation method. The cerium-zirconium solid solution was obtained, when CTAB, Ce(NO_3)_3 6H_2O and Zr(NO_3)_4 5H_2O(the ratio of cerium to zirconium is 7∶3), urea were mixed at the molar ratio of 0.02, 0.01, 0.44 mol and the temperature reacted 108 h. The cerium-zirconium solid solution was characterized by a wider shoulder peak, and the character with the mean particle size of 10~20 nm, pore size 2~4 nm, specific surface area of as large as 178.57 m^2·g^(-1). As catalyst, the sample has better absorption property and heat stable by baked with high temperature and absorbed of nitrogen gas (N_2).
