摘要
应用微反装置研究了以堇青石为第一载体,以含一定La/Ce的γ Al2O3超细活性铝胶浆作涂层的复合载体活性和低钯含量(0.8‰)催化剂Pd La Ce,Pd Ni La Ce的活性,对催化剂进行了TPR,CO TPD和O2 TPD表征;研究并探讨了Ni在催化剂中良好的助催化作用;通过对加不同竟争吸附剂的400目催化剂进行怠速实验和活性比较,找出了活性组分Pd在负载型催化剂上的最佳分布状态,开发出了具有良好氧化活性的低钯型Pd Ni La Ce汽车尾气净化催化剂。
Catalytic activities of La-Ce catalyst and low content Palladium (0.8%) Pd-La-Ce, Pd-Ni-La-Ce catalysts were studied with flow-system microreactor. All these catalysts were prepared by the method of impregnation and indicated with the means of TPR, CO-TPD, O_2-TPD. The results show that Ni has better assistance-calalytic-function, being an active compount, Pd was found out the best distribution state by carrying out vehicle exhaust gases experiment and comparing with the activities of catalysts which added different competition sorbent. High Performance Pd-Ni-La-Ce catalyst for purifying the automotive exhaust gases, which having excellent oxidation activities were developed.
