摘要 通过对摩托车排气净化催化剂涂层组份和涂层工艺的研究,提出了新的金属蜂窝载体涂覆工艺。试验结果表明,新工艺满足了企业对催化剂脱落率和耐冲击性,同时具有良好的CO,HC,NOx的三元净化性能。 This study investigated the coating technology of the catalyst for MC exhaust emission purification. The advanced coating technology on metal honeycomb substrates have been established. It will be able to meet the practical demands. The products have good resistance to thermal and vibrational shock. They are a good three-way (CO, HC, NO_x) catalyst.
