摘要
以UO_2为原料,采用真空碳热还原工艺制备UC。在制备出的纯UC中加入适量添加剂,经过球磨制粉,湿法压制成型及高温除气、烧结等工艺过程制备出硬质合金样品。样品的硬度值HRA=90,密度ρ=13.2g/cm^3。
The research on the manufacturing process of UC and the UC-matrix hard alloy was carried out. Taking the UO2 as raw material the vacuum hot reduction technology was adopted to prepare the UC. Many additives were added into the UC-matrix, and the powder was prepared by the hall mill, wet pressing to form, sintering process and so on . The hardness is 90(HRA) and the density is 13. 2 g/cm3 for the end products.
