间歇蒸煮过程优化控制在福建青山纸业的应用 被引量:2

摘要 介绍了一套应用于纸厂蒸煮车间的间歇蒸煮过程计算机优化控制系统 ,该系统能自动完成蒸煮各阶段的操作 ,也可用来指导操作工进行操作 .除了实现对蒸煮过程的常规温度和压力控制以外 ,还针对立式蒸锅建立了Kappa的软测量模型 ,实现蒸煮终点的精确预报 .该系统在福建青州造纸厂蒸煮车间的投运后运行稳定 ,Kappa值的均方差减小约 2 0 % ,单锅产量提高约 1 % ,蒸汽压力波动减少 91 % ,化学品用量减少 8% ,增加产量 1 4 1 % 。 A computer optimal control system for batch cooking process is introduced in this paper. The system can complete the whole cooking process or give the guides to the workers. Besides normal temperature and pressure control, a cooking model is built and the Kappa number of pulp can be predicted accurately. A long period of running in the cooking plant of Qingzhou paper mill shows that the system has high economical value and gain the distinct improvement, the mean square of Kappa number is reduced about 20%, the output of every digester is increased about 1%, the change of pressure reduced 91%, the amount of chemical reduced 8% and the total output is increased about 14 1%.
