外照射加腔内后装治疗食管癌的疗效分析

The clinic study of treatment for esophageal cancer by external radiation plus brachytherapy

目的 对食管癌外照射加腔内后装治疗与单纯外照射的疗效进行比较,探讨食管癌外照射配合腔内放疗的价值。方法 86例食管癌患者随机分成两组,外照射加腔内放疗45例,单纯外照射治疗41例。比较两组的疗效。结果 1、3、5年生存率两组无明显统计学差异;局部控制率外照射加腔内放疗组高于单纯外照射组,且前者全身反应轻,治疗时间缩短。结论 外照射配合腔内放疗不失为一种治疗食管癌的可行方法。

Objective To analyse the value of external radiation plus brachytherapy foresophageal cancer.Methods Eighty four caeses of esophageal cancer were randomly divided into twogroups.The first group were treated by external radiation plus brachytherapy,the another were treatedby external radiation alone.Results There is no statistically significant difference in 1,3,5yearsurvival rate between two groups.The group of external radiation plus brachytherapy can improve thelocal control of tumor growth . Conclusion The external radiation plus brachytherapy for esophagealcancer can improve the local control of tumor growth.
