沙美特罗与沙丁胺醇治疗儿童哮喘的疗效比较

Comparison the effect of Salmeterol and albuterol in treatment of childhood asthma

目的 比较沙美特罗与沙丁胺醇在治疗小儿哮喘的疗效。方法 将80例4岁以上的哮喘患儿随机分为A、B两组:A组40例,沙美特罗50μg,每日2次,定时吸入,共2个月;B组40例,沙丁胺醇200μg,每日2次,定时吸入,共2个月。结果 两组显效率分别为75%、70%(P>0.05);沙美特罗能明显提高最大呼气流速(PEFR)与1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)。结论 沙美特罗治疗小儿哮喘疗效确切,在改善肺功能方面明显优于沙丁胺醇。

Objective To compare the effect of Salmeterol and albuterol in treatment of childhoodasthma.Methods Eighty cases of childhood asthma were divided into two groups.Group A were inhaledSalmeterol at the doses of 50μg(bid)in two month ;Group B were inhaled albuterol at the dosesof 200μg(bid)in two month.Results Both morning and evening peak expiratory flow rate (PEFR)ofpost-treatment in group A are higher than group B,the difference is significant;the difference of post-treatment's forced expiratory volume in 1 second (FEV1)is significant between two groups. ConclusionSalmeterol is better than albuterol in treatment of childhood asthma.
