摘要
目的本实验通过观察疗程前后兔膝骨关节炎模型关节液中IL-1β,IL-6和TNF-α。水平的变化,并探讨针刀疗法治疗膝骨关节炎的机制。方法 实验中,将所有动物随机分为针刀治疗组(A组)、手法治疗组(B组)及空白对照组(C组)、造模成功后,A组动物予以针刀治疗,配合以关节手法治疗;B组只予以关节手法治疗;C组不作任何处理。采测放免测定法检测A、B两组治疗前、后关节液中IL-1β、IL-6和TNF-α水平。结果 同B组相比,治疗后A组关节液中三种细胞因子水平均明显降低(P<0.01);A组治疗前、后关节液中IL-1β、IL—6水平方明显下降(H<0.05)。结论 针刀疗法能通过对关节周围经络循行部位上筋结的治疗、逐步恢复关节动力学的动态平衡,从而抑制关节液中IL-1β,IL-6和TNF-α水平的异常升高,达到治疗膝骨关节炎的作用。
Objective To observe IL-1 β , IL-6 and TNF- α level in the synovial fluid of OA model before and after treatment course and investigate the mechanism of treating OA with acupotomy. Methods All animals were randomly devided into three groups: group A(acupotomy group), group B(manipulationgroup)and group C(control group), and the models of knee OA were established by joint immobilization among group A and B. Group A were treated by both acupotomy and manipulation, and group B were treated by manipulation only. The concentration of IL-1β、 IL-6 and TNF- α in the synovial fluid of group A and B was analysed by using radioimmunoassay method before and after treatment course. Results IL-1 β、 IL-6 and TNF- α level of group A declined significantly after treatment course compared with that of group B , and the level of IL-1β、 IL-6 in group A was also decreased significantly compared with that of before treatment. Conclusion Acupotomy can restore the dynamics of the OA joint, which could decrease the high level of IL-1 β IL-6 and TNF-α in the synovial fluid of OA models and so as to achieve the theraputic effect.
