妊娠期糖尿病合并妊娠高血压综合征的相关因素分析

Investigations to the relative factors of gestational diabetes mellitus complicated pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome

目的 探讨妊娠期糖尿病孕妇合并妊高征的相关因素。方法 对112例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇进行分析,探讨妊高征的发生与糖代谢的关系。结果 ①112例妊娠期糖尿病患者合并妊高征的有29例,占25.9％,比正常妊娠并发妊高征的发病率高(P<0.05)②29例妊娠期糖尿病合并妊高征者平均血糖值明显高于未合并妊高征者(P<0.05)。结论 妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖水平较高时,容易导致妊高征的发生。

Objective Investigations to the relative factors of gestational diabetes mellitus complicated pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome. Methods Analysis to 112 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus for the relationship between the evolution of gestational diabetes mellitus complicated pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome and glycometablism. Results ①112 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus, 29 cases of them complicated pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome, the ratio(25. 9%) is higher than normal pregnancy complicated pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome (P<0. 05). ②Average blood sugar concentration in 29 cases gestational diabetes mellitus complicated pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome is much higher than gestational diabetes mellitus that haven' t complicated pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome(P<0. 05). Conclusions Gestational diabetes mellitus is easy to complicated pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome because of relative hyperglycemia.
