改良与传统术式治疗肱骨髁上骨折疗效比较

Comparison the Therapeutic Effect of Different Opera-tion in Supralondylar Fracture of Humerus

目的 比较改良与传统术式治疗肱骨髁上骨折疗效。方法 选90例较严重的有手术指征肱骨髁上骨折患者随机分为两组。一组采用传统手术即切断肱三头肌,另一组采用改进的后内侧或外侧切口手术入路,不切断肱三头肌,均用2枚克氏针分别从内、外髁斜向对侧穿针,交叉固定骨折端。结果 根据Flynm临床功能评定标准,采用传统手术优良率为64.3%(27/42),采用改良手术优良率为89.6%(43/48),疗效有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 采用改良术式术后肘关节功能恢复较好。

Objective To compare the therapeutic effect between traditional and improved operationin surpalondylar fracture of humerus. Methods 90 patients with severe surpalondylar fracture of humeruswere been divided The other 48 cases, an improved posterior or lateral operative approach were perfomed,without rresection the triceps. Results According to Flynm clinical fuctional evaluation standard,21 cases were excellent and 6 cases were good in traditional operational group. On the other hand 38 caseswere excellent and 5 were good in improved operational groups.in X2 test, the difference of therapeuticeffect was significant between the two groups .Conclusion The therapeutic effect of improved posterioror lateral operative approach was excellent than the traditional one.
