包膜下注射治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎的临床应用

The Investigation of the Therapy for CBP with Injecting Medicine under Envelope of Prostate

目的 探讨包膜下药物注射治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎(CBP)的应用效果。方法 采用膝胸位经会阴穿剌前列腺包膜下注射药物治疗CBP 31例。结果 治愈23例,占74.2%;好转6例,总有效率93.5%。包括5例曾行前列腺内药物注射效果不佳或复发者。随访3-9个月,有效病例中复发 2例,复发率6.8%。发生会阴部血肿2例、遗留痛性结节1例,经局部理疗缓解。结论 前列腺包膜下药物注射治疗CBP疗效满意、并发症少、复发率低,具有技术操作的可行性与安全性,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of the therpy for chron-ic bacterial prostati-tis(CBP)with injecting medicine under envelope of pr-ostate. Methods 31patients with CBP were treatedby injecting medicine u-nder envelope of prostate through perineum. Results 23 patients with CBP wererecovered,up to 74.2%cure rate;6patients with CBP were on the mend,the total efficiency rate was 93.5%,which included 5 patients with CBPwhohad carried out the therapy of injecting medicine in prostate butthe efficie-ncy was not better or recurrence.Follow up 3 to 9 months,2 patients with CBP(6.8%)wasrecurrence in efficient cases. In addition,the perineum hemat-omoma and painful knur remained in 2 casesand 1 case, respectively, but allthe symptoms became relief through local treatment.Conclusions The ther-apy for CBP with injecting medicine under prostate envolope was providedwith satisfied effect and lesscomplications and lower recurrence rate,and itpossessed feasibility,safety and facility in technology.So the method is wellworth clinical application and dissemination.
