可调式口腔矫治器治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合症的临床研究

Adjustable oral appliance therapy for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome

目的 对可调式口腔矫治器治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合症的疗效进行观察。方法 对18例确诊阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合症的患者佩戴可调式口腔矫治器治疗,通过夜间多导睡眠仪图和X线头侧影分析观察治疗后效果。结果 夜间多导睡眠仪图显示低通气指数(HI)、呼吸暂停指数(AI)和呼吸紊乱指数(AHI)明显降低(P<0.001);X线头侧影分析显示SNB较治疗前增大(P<0.05),软腭长度、舌骨至下颌平面的距离较治疗前减小(P<0.001),而上气道间隙比治疗前明显扩大(P<0.001)。结论 可调式口腔矫治器对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合症有肯定的疗效。

objective To study the effect of the treantment of obstructive sleep apnea syndrorme(OSAS) with adjustable-MAD. Method Before and after treatment ,the cephalometry roentgram measurementwere analyzed and the polsormnogrophy (PSG) were evaluated on 18 cases with adjustable-MAD. Results TheHI,AI,and AHI decreased significantly. The SNB, AAS, SPAS increased significantly; The PNS-P andH-MP decreased significantly. Conclusion The curative effects of adjustable-MAD to treat obstruc-tive sleep apnea syndrorme are definite.
