防止中、老年眼袋整形术下睑外翻的技巧

A technique in preventing lower eyelid ectropin in fascia ligament of museuli orbicularis in middle aged and old–aged

目的 防止眼袋整形术下睑外翻并发症。方法 行中、老年眼袋整形手术20例,总结出在眼袋整形手术中,在手术方法上应重点注意切皮的适量等技巧。结果 手术20例,其中5例手术后发现轻微睑球分离,拆线后恢复尚可,余15例效果明显改善。结论 通过对20例中、老年眼袋整形术的手术体会,总结出在手术方法上,应重点注意去皮、去眼轮匝肌、去眶脂,提紧眶肌筋膜韧带方面的操作技巧,注意手术技巧,可降低下睑外翻的发生率。

Objecctive To prevent the comphcation of lower eyebd ectropin in fascta hgament ofmuscul brbicuians .Methods It was summariaed that the technique was to moise the propen skin in thelower eyelid blepharoplasty in 20 eases in middle ?aged and old- aged .Results 5 cases of them occurredcctropin after operation and got well again after the string had been removed The effects of other caseshad obviously improved .Conclusion With these 20 cases in middle aged and old ?aged The operationmethods had been summarized and should sufficiently mention skin incision, removing musculi orbicularisoculi and orbital lipid and using fascia hgament of orbital muscie string All these methods oan reducethe ineidence rate of lower eydhd ectropin.
