摘要
不同介质媒体的教材具有不同的表意功能和各具特点的教学效用,传统媒体与现代数字媒体是传承、互补、扬弃的关系.从教材媒体的物态性状与教学主体的关系上来看,数字化、网络化教学媒体带来的本质意义上的变化是教育话语权的转移.教师和学生可以更多地、实质性地参与教学目的的设定、教材内容的选择、教学方式的确定,并享有信息科技从技术角度上提供的操作便利和平等权利.如果用传统的话语集权方式使用信息新技术,就会导致新的话语霸权,造成过犹不及的教育后果.
Different media have different functions of interpretation and presentation in teaching. They could be integrally used. The significance of application of such media as digital databank, Internet is the shift of power of education discourse: with the facilities and equalities provided by new technology, teachers and students have more opportunities to make decisions in aspects of teaching aims, materials and methods. Utilization of IT in a traditional way of centralization will lead a new discourse power in education.
