摘要
据统计 ,目前 ,世界已有约 4 2 7座天然气地下储气库是利用枯竭油气藏改建而成的 ,约占总库数的76 .8%。该类储气库所具有的工作条件和生产运行的内在特性与外在要求 ,决定了在储气库的建设工程上 ,须全面认识和掌握其与油气藏开发建设工程的异同 ,以便更好地满足要求。结合大港油田集团钻采工艺研究院对大张坨枯竭凝析油气藏所建第一、第二、第三储气库所做的工作 ,对枯竭油气藏改建天然气地下储气库工程中钻采工程方案设计进行了研究和总结。结果表明 :采用钻采一体化工程设计思想 ,在钻井、固井、射孔完井等工序过程中采取的油气层保护措施 ,其效果是理想的。
According to the statistics,there are 427 underground gas storages,which are established from depleted reservoirs and account for about 76.8% of the total gas storage in the world. To meet the requirements better,it is necessary to thoroughly understand and master the difference between the gas storage construction and the reservoir development construction because of the working conditions,inside characteristics and outside requirements of the gas storage. With the experience of the first,second and third gas storage in China the Drilling and Production Research Institute of CNPC Dagang Oil Field has,the designs of drilling and production engineering projections to establish underground gas storage from depleted reservoirs are investigated and summed. The results show with the thorough design of drilling and production,taking measures to protect reservoirs during the processes of drilling,cementing,perforation,and completion,etc. good results will be achieved.
