宝浪油田联合站轻烃回收装置的技术改造

TECHNICAL REHABILITATION OF LIGHT HYDROCARBON RECOVERING PLANT IN BAOLANG OIL FIELD UNITED STATION

摘要 新疆宝浪油田轻烃回收装置自 1998年投产以来 ,由于生产工艺及自动控制系统存在着一定的缺陷 ,一些工艺流程和系统参数不能满足需要 ,装置收率很低。针对装置的实际情况 ,采取了以下技术改造措施 :增加液化气塔轻油去原油稳定装置的流程 ,二次回收轻质组分 ,提高装置的回收率 ;改造丙烷蒸发器前端结构 ,增加原料的导流管束 ,解决丙烷蒸发器的冻堵问题 ;分析丙烷压缩机的工作参数要求 ,重新设计其补气压力自动控制方案 ;增加脱乙烷塔制冷系统的温度自动控制回路。经过改造 ,使得轻烃装置的回收率由原来的 71.4 %提高到 85 .2 % ,提高了液化气的产量 ;丙烷蒸发器的解冻周期由原来的 8d提高到 2 4d ,系统的制冷温度也相当稳定 ;提高了系统的安全性 ,效益显著。 Since the light hydrocarbon recovering plant was put into operation in1998,some process flow-sheets and systematic parameters can't meet requirements,and the recovering ratio of the plant is low because there are certain defects in the operation process and the auto-control system. Aiming to the real situation of the plant,the following measures for technical rehabilitation are taken. The flow process of light oil from liquid gas tower to the crude oil stable device is extended. The light components are recovered secondary. The recovering ratio of the plant is improved. The foreside structure of the propane evaporator is rehabilitated. Some copper tubes to guide the feed material are added. The problems of jelly and stoppage in the propane evaporator are solved. The working parameters of the propane compressor are analyzed,and its auto-control project of the replenish pressure is re-designed. The temperature auto-control loop of the de-propane tower is added. After the rehabilitation,the recovering ratio of the plant increases from 71.4 % to 85.2%. Also,the output of the liquefied gas increases. The de-freezing cycle of the propane evaporator increases from 8 d to 24 d. The refrigeration temperature of the system is quite stable. The safety of the system is improved. And obvious benefits are achieved.
