果树盐胁迫生理生化特性的研究进展

Advances on physiological and biochemical characteristics of fruit trees to salt stress

本文综述了盐胁迫对果树生理生化特性的影响 ,主要包括细胞膜稳定性、细胞渗透调节作用、无机离子、光合作用和调渗蛋白等方面的研究 ;另外对果树耐盐性鉴定的生理生化指标———游离Pro、甜菜碱、可溶性糖、叶绿素和Na+ 、Cl-的含量及Na+ /K+ 、Na+ /Ca2 + 值、细胞质膜透性。

This article reviewed the advances of effects of salt stress on physiological and biochemical characteristics including cell membrane stability, cell osmo regulation, inorganic ions, photosynthesis and osmotin,etc,and also reviewed indices of salt-tolerance identification of fruit trees, such as cell membrane permeability, protection ferment activity, content of betaine, free proline, soluble carbohydrate, chlorophyll, Na +, Cl -, as well as the ratios of Na +/K +, Na +/Ca 2+ ,etc.
