摘要 AFLP(扩增片段长度多态性 )是一种新的DNA分子标记技术 ,对其基本原理和基本反应程序进行了简要介绍。并从果树遗传连锁图谱的构建、果树指纹图谱的建立和品种鉴定、果树种质资源遗传多样性和亲源关系的研究以及质量性状基因的分子标记等方面 ,概述了AFLP标记在果树上的应用进展 。 AFLP(amplified fragment length polymorphism) is one of the new DNA molecular marker techniques, it has been widely used in the studies of germplasm and genome in fruit trees. Its principle and procedures were briefly described. The application of AFLP in genetic linkage map construction, fingerprinting and varieties identification, genetic diversity and genetic relationships analysis, genes linked to qualitative traits localization of fruit trees in recent years were introduced. And the problems and practical prospects of AFLP technique were also evaluated.
