阔叶培养基栽培侧耳研究

The study on Pleurotus ostreatus cultivation with raw materials from broadleafed trees

本研究应用不同的阔叶树配方对侧耳进行了试验示范栽培 ,结果表明 ,在不同比例的阔叶树树叶培养基质中 ,表现为菌丝生长速度和生物学效率均有较大差异 ;在碱性环境pH 8.5的条件下 ,菌袋污染率低 ,菌丝和菌体生长发育良好 ,侧耳菌株表现出较强的耐碱性。

The test used different formulas of broadleafed trees to cultivate Pleurotus ostreatus. As a result, with different compost cultivation materials of leaves, the mycelial growth rate and the biological efficiency were found singnificantly different. In the condition of pH 8.5, the rate of contamination was reduced, and the mycelial and the fruitbody grew well. At the same time, the strains of Pleurotus ostreatus could risist basicity.
