摘要
类黄酮是一组化学结构和性质上不同的多酚化合物 ,具有抗氧化、自由基清除和二价阳离子螯合作用 ,具有广泛的生物学功能。
Flavonoids are a group of ployphnolic compounds differed in chemical structure and characteristics. Flavonoids can act as antioxidants, free radical scavengers, and chelators of divalent cations and have a wide range of biological effects. It is summarized the factors affecting flavonoids synthesis and enzyme related to flavonoids synthesis.
