摘要 人体内乳糖酶缺乏造成乳糖不耐受 ,对水解酶———β-半乳糖苷酶的酶源、特性、人体内的代谢进行了简要介绍 ,在此基础上讨论了固定化技术。 Lactase deficiency results in lactose malabsorption. In this paper, lactase from different microbes, metabolism in the body and research status such as the technology of immobilization and gene engineering are introduced. At the same time, it discusses that galactooligosaccharides is produced by using of lactase.
