Advance on population genetics of plant pathogenic fungi

综述了有关植物病原真菌群体遗传学的主要研究方法、应用领域和发展前景 ,提出对植物病原真菌进行群体遗传学研究不但有助于对植物病害系统的宏观研究 。

The approaches to study the population genetics of plant pathogenic fungus were reviewed in this paper. At the meantime, the genetic structure, the research field and the future focus of the fungal population genetics were also introduced in detail. The studies of pathogenic fungal population genetics are not only very important for macrosystemic researches of plant diseases, but also benefit the long-term forecast and sustained control of plant diseases.
