This paper introduces the geographic information system and its combination with other space analyzing technique. This paper also elucidates the application and its study status in the plant diseases and insect pests's data management, monitoring, distribution and its occurrence with the relationship to the environment and risk evaluation in proper living environment .It also gives an analysis and outlook to the existing problems and the trend of development.
