摘要
应用柠檬酸三钠还原法制备了 2 0nm的胶体金颗粒标记NDV抗体 ,并且用直接电镜、免疫电镜和胶体金免疫电镜技术比较观察了新城疫病毒。证明胶体金免疫电镜技术作为检测NDV的检测方法具有简单、快速、准确和无污染等优点。
We synthesized colloidal gold particles with a mean diameter of 20nm by reducing hydrogen tetrachloroaurate with sodium citrate and using it labeled rabbit anti-NDV IgG.This paper reports the method of colloidal gold immunoelectronmicroscopy to detect NDV, and compares it with the method of direct electron microscory (DEM) and immunoelectronmicroscopy (IEM). The results show that colloidal gold immunoelectronmicroscopy is a simple way to detect NDV, it has the features of simplicity, rapidity, accuracy and free pollution
