Water is the lifeline that the mankind survives, and the lifelines of agriculture and the whole national economy. But world water resource is facing the unprecedented crisis in the 21st century. Water resource issue has been become the one being paid close attention to in the whole world. This paper introduces the water resource condtion world wide and the existing problems in China, probes into the countermeasure solving water resource crisis.
