摘要
取松茸子实体的子实层制成粗松茸担孢子悬液 ,采用脱脂棉过滤粗松茸担孢子悬液 ,经 40 0 0r/min3次离心沉淀微生物菌体、 80 μg/mL链霉素对细菌的杀菌作用 ,10 0 0 0r/min离心 ,收集得到纯松茸担孢子。此方法简单、杂菌污染率低、担孢子收集效果明显。
A simple method for collecting basidiospore of Tricholoma matsutake was introduced.Briefly,the gill of fruit body was flooded in the sterilized water containing 80μg/ml of streptomycin.Then,the fruit body debris was abandoned after the suspension was filtered by absorbent cotton and centrifuged at 4000r/min.The supernatant was centrifuged at 10000r/min again and the purified basidiospore were obtained.
