摘要
通过对低纯7A04和高纯7B04合金静强度、疲劳性能、断裂韧性等性能和金相组织对比研究,探讨了高纯化对铝合金性能的影响作用。结果表明,降低Fe和Si杂质含量,对合金的拉伸强度和疲劳性能影响不大,但可明显提高其K_(IC)和K_(ISCC)性能。
The tensile properties,fatigue properties, KIC and KISCC properties, and optical microstructure of 7A04 and 7B04 alloys have been examined. The effect of high purification on aluminum alloy properties has been studied. The results show that the effect to reduce Fe and Si contents on the tensile strength and fatigue property of alloy is not evident,but it can improved obviously KIC and KISCC properties.
