叙述了现行工艺模锻的GH4133B合金精化模锻件的性能和组织特点;叙述了直接时效、添加预备热处理精化模锻件的性能和组织特点。叙述了标准热处理固溶加热温度与精化模锻件组织和性能的关系。

In this paper the properties and structure characteristics of GH4133B alloy precision die-forgings by the present die forging process, and by direct ageing and preheat treatment are introduced. The relationship between solution temperature under standard heat treatment with the structure and properties of precision die forgings,was also presented.
