近年来低压变频器已得到广大企业用户的认可,并显示出它的节能效果,文章介绍了变频器在齐鲁石化水厂的应用,对比改造前后的工作状况和在节能、节电、提高自动化水平及电路设计等方面的功能和特点。

There was little knowledge about the function of inverter in the enterprises in China until the inverter of low voltage, manufactured by Sanken Electric Company Ltd, Japan, was introduced into China for the first time in 1988. Since the beginning of 1990s, the apparatus was used tentatively in China. Through popularization and application for about 10 years, the inverter of low voltage has been recognized by numerous users from enterprises in China, and shows its significant effect in saving energy. The typical employment of the inverter in waterworks of Qilu Petrochemical Corporation was introduced in this article, which compared the working effectiveness before and after the technical reform, showed its several unique functions and characteristics at saving energy, saving electricity, improving automation level and circuitry design etc. The instance will help to spread the employment of the inverter in different industries.
