The topic of teachers’professional ethics has long been talked about. In the new historical period, it has a new connotation and therefore new problems arise. It is of great significance to be fully aware of the issues of teacher’s professional ethics and of a further cultivation of the ethics. The strengthening of teachers’professional ethics should start with the training system, the managing mechanism, the mechanism of rewards and penalties and the mechanism of supervision.
