摘要   Peptide side-chain conformations, especially the aromatic side-chain residues, play an important role in the molecular recognition processes between peptide ligands and their corresponding receptors. The modifications on peptide side-chain can result in biological activity changes and many other property changes. β-alkyl constrained α- amino acids have been applied for peptide molecular design, and have resulted in some important results in peptideresearch in recent years.[1~3]……
