摘要
提出的柱刀干涉检测是基于最短距离的求取算法,获得刀轴与加工面间的最短距离,进而与刀具半径比较得到最大干涉量.曲线与曲面间最短距离算法从极值点的几何条件出发,利用赋范空间投影法迭代求取极值距离,同时充分考虑了曲线和曲面间的边界距离.保证了求取的正确性和快速收敛性.该算法为数控加工中快速、准确、完备地进行干涉检测提供了理论依据,具有实用价值.
Based on the shortest distance between the cylinder cutter axis and surrounding surface, the maximum gouging was obtained by comparing with the radius of cutter. A new algorithm to calculate the shortest distance between freeform curve and freeform surface was proposed. Based on geometric condition, a normed space projection method is used to obtain the extreme distance. At the same time, the bounder distance between the curve and the surface is fully considered to ensure correctness and convergence property. The algorithm provides important theory basis for the interference detection between the tool and the surface in NC machining with high efficiency and accuracy.
