走出西部地区高校图书馆“信息资源匮乏”困境的思考

A Way to Deal with the Difficult Condition of Lacking Information Sources in Libraries of Institutions of Higher Learning in the Western Area of China

西部地区受经济落后等因素的制约 ,与发达地区高校图书馆信息资源建设存在着极大差距 ,着手解决西部地区信息资源滞后的问题已迫在眉睫。为此 ,作者从依托国家西部大开发战略 ,加大投入力度 ,挖掘自身潜力 ,转变投资导向等方面 ,提出了西部地区高校图书馆走出“信息资源匮乏”

Due to the unbalanced development of economy, the gap of information sources between the western and eastern provinces of China is becoming bigger and bigger. This paper focuses on the ways to deal with the situation.
