摘要
分析对比了离心式压缩机节能改造的主要方案,提出了改变通流部分几何尺寸、优化流道几何形状、提高流动效率的节能改造方法。同时,改造了压缩机的局部结构,保证了压缩机性能,增加了运转稳定性。
The key schemes were analyezed and compared in the energy saving reformation for centrifugal compressor. Some innovations were also discussed such as changing some geometrical sizes, optimizing the geometrical form of the following passage and improving the following efficency. Meanwhile, some structures inside the compressor were changed which guaranteed the perfomances and increased the stability of the compressor.
