摘要
本文介绍了目前项目管理中的资源配置现状,指出了资源约束下的进度安排工作中存在的问题和资源平衡中存在的问题,分析了问题的原因。最后针对每一种存在的问题,提出了解决的新思路。
The present situation of resource allocation in project management is introduced in this paper,at the same time,the problems which exist in the resource leveling and scheduling activities of resource-constrained are presented,the reason for the prob-lems is analysed.Finally,the new thinking which is directed against each problem is also described.
