所有权与经营权相分离是现代公司制企业制度的显著特征,但随之产生的“委托—代理”关系并不符合提高所有权安排效率的原则。“委托—代理”关系问题的产生既然要“归咎”于两权分离,那么,完善现代公司制企业制度。
The separation of ownership and management right is one of typical traits of modern corporation system,but the problem of entrusting and agent after that doesn' t improve the efficiency of ownership layout?The problem of entrusting and agent is because of the separation of ownership and management right,so we need the combination of ownership and management right in order to make modern corporation system more perfect?
