企业—高校技术交易中的逆向选择及防范机制设计

Research on adverse selection and preventing mechanis mdesign in industry-university technologies trade

本文运用博弈论基本理论和模型,分析了企业—高校间技术交易过程中逆向选择形成的过程和机理,论证了企业—高校技术交易过程中逆向选择存在的原因是企业高校两大交易主体间信息分布的不对称,并在此基础上探讨了如何进行机制设计以降低和防范逆向选择现象的发生。

This paper uses game theory and model to analyze adverse selection formation in industry-university technologies trade, and demonstrate that it is caused by non-symmetric information between industry and university. Then this paper discusses how to design a mechanism to reduce and prevent adverse selection.
