构建企业持续竞争优势的双向思维——企业核心竞争力与薄弱环节的作用机制

Bi-directional thinking about building up sustained competitive advantage of corporation——Effect mechanism of core competence and weak taches

企业核心竞争力和薄弱环节是企业竞争优势平台上相互作用的两个主要方面。目前国内外理论界的研究主要侧重于核心竞争力方面,对薄弱环节的研究还十分欠缺,更没有对两者的关系加以分析。针对这种情况,本文运用一种双向的思维方式即对核心竞争力与薄弱环节的相互作用机制进行研究,并提出企业构建持续竞争优势的三种途径。

Core competence and weak taches are two important aspects on competitive advantage flat of corporation. At present, study emphasizes particularly on building up competitive advantage via advancing core competence. Research on weak taches is still deficient. Furthermore there is no theory about the relationship between core competence and weak taches. Therefore, the paper applies a method of bi-directional thinking namely studying on effect mechanism between core competence and weak taches in order to building up competitive advantage of corporation. At the same time, three kinds of approaches that will be able to build up competitive advantage of corporation are brought forward in the paper.
