本文论述了企业隐性知识的内涵和重要作用,并提出了挖掘企业隐性知识,提高技术创新能力的方法和途径。
The paper discussed the essence and the important role of the enterprise tacit knowledge, putting forward the methods and the ways to explore the enterprise tacit knowledge and improve the ability of technological innovation.
