摘要
本文首先指出对创新、区域技术创新体系进行科学学研究的必要性,接着用互动学习理论对区域技术创新体系进行了科学学分析,得出了一系列有关区域技术创新体系形成运行的规律,最后探讨了加强互动学习、提高区域技术创新体系绩效的措施和方法。
Firstly, the paper pointed out that it is necessary to study on the innovation and regional innovation system by the way of science of science. Then the regional innovation system has been studied in the way of science of science through the interactive-learning theory. So a series conclusion of the forming and running on the regional innovation system has been reached. Finally, varioues methods and measures that can improve the performance of the regional innovation system has been discussed.
