摘要
介绍了一种可以在单个机器上实现物理拓扑发现的算法,并针对提供信息不足的情况,对原有算法进行改进,提出一种新的算法.经过实际环境的检测,本算法可以实现较好的发现信息不充分条件下的物理网络.
A novel algorithms for discovering physical topology in heterogeneous IP networks is presented, which rely on standard SNMP MIB information that is widely supported by modern IP network elements. A topology discovery tool of implementing this algorithm can find the accurate physical network topology showing switchtoswitch, switchtorouter, and switchtohost interconnections in the local area network.
