浅谈高校基建维修工程的管理

针对高校基建维修工程管理过程中普遍存在的问题,提出几点建议,如推行招投标制度、选择优秀的施工单位;加强工程施工过程管理;加大审计力度、发挥财务部门的监督职能等.

Here aiming at the problems that are ubiquitous in the management of college basic construction and maintain engineering, several advices are given as below: pushing the system of invite public bidding, choose the construct company that is most suitable; enforce the management of the project constructing; pay more attention to the auditing, exert the monitor function of finance department.
