铣削加工几何仿真的方法分析 被引量:1

摘要 铣削加工仿真分为几何仿真和物理仿真,几何仿真又可以分为反映被加工工件从毛坯到工件的整体形状变化和几何误差的宏观层次和反映材料连续去除过程中各个加工瞬时的切屑尺寸、刀具切入范围等参数的微观层次.本文对铣削加工几何仿真中的宏观层次和微观层次所起的作用、所采用的方法做了比较全面的介绍和评价,对开发能够将物理模型应用于生产实际的铣削仿真系统在几何仿真方面应该采取的策略做了讨论,提出以CSG和B rep为基础的方法是类似系统开发几何仿真方面的有效选择.
