摘要本文分别从ERP的形成和资源-能力角度就ERP实施成果的基础条件进行了研究,创造性地提出了管理平台和能力评测的概念,并将能力评测纳入ERP实施过程,从而形成了适合中国制造企业需要的完整的ERP实施模式.该模式对于解决目前ERP实施过程中所产生的各种问题能够提供合理有效的解释和支持.
