摘要
从蒸汽驱井筒隔热机理入手 ,对蒸汽驱注汽过程中注汽管柱热能损失环节及其影响因素进行了详细的理论分析。在此基础上 ,围绕进一步提高中、深层蒸汽驱注汽管柱的长效隔热性能进行了全面、深入的研究和探索 ,研制出以隔热管接箍密封器、压力补偿式隔热型伸缩管、Y4 4 1强制解封蒸汽驱封隔器及多级长效汽驱密封器为核心的蒸汽驱注汽管柱 。
Heat loss of steam injection string and causes during steam injection have been analyzed theoretically in details from heat insulation mechanism of well bore for steam flooding. On the base, study and exploring has been focused deeply on how to improve persistent effect heat insulation of steam injection sting for steam flooding in middle and deep layers. At last, we concentrated on insulating string coupling sealing equipment, insulating telescopic string with pressure compensation style, Y441 intensive releasing packer and multistage persistent steam flooding sealing equipment, steam injection string with high temperature and persistent insulation. Thus the steam injection string flooding with the characteristics of high temperature and persistent effect heat insulation has been made , which adapted to steam flooding in middle and deep layers. It has improved corresponding technologies for steam flooding in viscous reservoir.
