摘要
为预防抽油杆柱偏磨 ,延长抽油杆使用寿命 ,研制试验了抽油杆柱综合防偏磨技术。介绍了抽油机井抽油杆柱井下旋转、防偏磨技术及其试验效果。抽油杆防脱器与旋转器配合使用可使抽油杆柱旋转 ;抽油杆防偏磨器、抽油杆抗弯防磨副的配合使用可起到防偏磨的作用。所使用的井下工具简单 ,无需改变地面和井下设备 ,其原理可靠 ,理论依据充分 ,适用于具有明显中性点的油井 ,对每口油井都要有针对性地进行设计、计算才能达到较理想的效果。井下抽油杆旋转器是一种多功能的井下工具 ,不但能使抽油杆柱旋转 ,而且能起到抽油杆井下减震器的作用 ,具有超冲程效果 ,可提高抽油机井泵效 ,延长检泵周期。
the technology is developed to solve the problem of anti-eccentric friction and prolonging the life of sucker rods. The essay introduces the technologies of rotating downhole rod-string, anti-eccentric friction and their practical effects. The rotating of rod-string can be get by cooperating the anti-releasing equipment of sucker rod and rod-spinner. The technology also involves cooperating anti-eccentric friction of sucker rod and anti-friction of sucker rod with anti-bending. All tools used are simple, and it is unnecessary to modify the ground and downhole equipment. The principle and theory involved are veritable and adaptable to the wells that have apparent neutral point. Each well should be designed and calculated in order to achieve our expectation. Downhole rod-spinner has many functions, which not only make the rods rotate, but also be shock absorber for rod. At the same time, it can get the longer stroke , increase the efficiency of pump, and prolong the period of detecting pump.
