摘要
针对辽河油田兴 2 8块碱加聚合物复合驱先导性试验中 ,地层非均质性所造成的注入水和注入聚合物的窜流 ,研制合成了适应碱加聚合物复合驱的化学调剖堵水剂 ,它是由阴、阳、非三元共聚交联的高分子聚合物组成。其主要机理是膨胀胶体微粒注入到高渗透水层后 ,被水稀释产生膨胀而产生机械堵塞 ,起到堵水调剖的作用 ,同时膨胀胶粒表面的正电荷与砂岩表面的负电荷发生吸附作用 ,增大了耐水冲刷强度 。
In the foreground test of basicity mixed polymer composite drive in Xing 28 block of Liaohe ilfield, the research aimed to the injected water and polymer break through flow caused by hetero geneous formation, and developed a chemic profile control agent water plugging agent suitable for basicity mixed polymer composite drive which was composed of negative/positive-charged and neutral united huge molecule polymer. Its mechanism was to inject expand colloid particulate into water formation with high permeability and then was diluted by water to expand to fill mechanically, so it had the function of water plugging and profile control. At the same time, the positive charges on the surface of expand colloid particulate attracted with the negative charges on the surface of sandstone which increased the intensity of endurable water flash and extended the validity period of water plugging and profile control.
