摘要
针对原油开采过程中地层出泥浆、细粉砂使油井不出液或产层排液困难的现象 ,研究了一种以三氟乙酸为主的泥浆解堵固砂剂 ,它由三氟乙酸、缓蚀剂、络合剂、表面活性剂等助剂组成 ,既能溶蚀粘土 ,增加渗透率 ,又能使剩余粘土和细粉砂颗粒被其反应后生成的玻璃质纳米涂层以质点方式溶合呈骨架状 ,实现解堵固砂一体化。现场 14口井的试验表明 ,该固砂剂的应用使投入产出比达 1∶2 .8,显示出良好的经济效益和社会效益。
Aiming to the phenomena of non-liquid flow or difficult liquid flow caused by tiny sands and mud permeated from formations as oil recovery, the article researched and developed a kind of mud plug removal and sand consolidation agent which includes mainly tri-fluorine acetic acid, corrosion inhibitor, complexing agent, surfactant , etc. This kind of mud plug removal and sand consolidation agent can both dissolve clay and increase permeability, and react with residual clays and tiny sand grains to glasslike nanometer coat which combined to frame in the way of particle. It was realized both plug removal and sand consolidation. Through the tests of 14 wells in site, this sand consolidation agent can reach the ratio of investment and production to 1∶2.8, and possess good economical and social benefits.
