摘要
按照稠油井的封堵层位 ,设计相应类型的工艺管柱 ,在稠油井中实施封层分注一次管柱技术 ,对无效油层进行封堵 ,改善注汽生产效果 ;介绍了封底层、封夹层、封上层一次管柱及封层注气工具的结构特点和工艺原理。该技术有效地提高了稠油油层纵向动用程度 ,增加了油井产量 ,是稠油注汽井机械调剖的一种有效措施 。
According to plugging layer series of heavy oil wells, the article designed a related process tube, performed plugging layer separate water injection tubing string technology to fill ineffective oil formation and to improve the effect of steam injection recovery. The article also introduced plugging lower layer,intercalation layer, superstratum tubing string, and the structures and the process principles of plugging layer gas injection tools. This technology was an active measurement to effectively improve utilization of heavy oil formation, and to increase well production. It possessed an extensive foreground.
